FO. Use the yarn needle to close the opening.

For the leaves and petals, hold the piece with the top facing you.

LEAVES  – free crochet poinsettia pattern

Like other no-sew amigurumi designed by Anvisgranny, there is no need to sew if you follow this free crochet poinsettia pattern.

After finishing the head, we will create the leaves. Firstly, we insert green yarn into R14 of the head, crochet front loops only.

Branch: (6ch, 5ss from 2nd loop from hook, 2ss to R14)*6

After this round, continue to the leaves. You will find this free crochet poinsettia pattern a little bit tricky here but do not worry, just go ahead.

Leaf:  [(2hdc, 2sc, ss on 1 side of the branch), p, (ss, 2sc, 2hdc on the other side of the branch), ss to the middle of 2 branches ]*6

FO. Hide the yarn tail.

See, it’s not difficult at all, and 1 more thing then you will finish this free crochet poinsettia pattern.

POINSETTIA – free crochet poinsettia pattern

To continue this adorable and unique free crochet poinsettia pattern, you will crochet 2 layers of poinsettia petals.

The technique is similar to how to make poinsettia leaves up there. So enjoy!

Layer 1: Insert yarn into R15, FLO.

Branch: (6ch, 5ss from 2nd loop from hook, ss to R15)*5

Petal:  [(2hdc, 2sc, ss on 1 side of the branch), p, (ss, 2sc, 2hdc on the other side of the branch), ss to the middle of 2 branches ]*5
